Branch Manager - Residential and Commercial Fire, Water, and Wind Restoration and Reconstruction
Service Master Recovery Management is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a yet to be opened restoration and reconstruction office in the area of Bowling Green, KY. This role has full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and insurance carrier–driven work across residential and commercial losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restoration and reconstruction operations
- Manage branch P&L, job costing, and budgets
- Ensure insurance carrier compliance, estimating accuracy, and cycle times
- Build relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners
- Recruit, train, and lead branch staff
- Ensure safety, quality, and Service Master brand standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of restoration or construction leadership experience
- Strong insurance carrier and claims workflow knowledge
- Xactimate and job costing experience preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
