Since our inception in 2014, we have expanded from restaurant deliveries to a wide range of products, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, we partnered with Door Dash, furthering our global ambitions. As an Area Manager for Wolt Market, you will oversee a team of 6-8 Store Managers and Team Leads, ensuring that our grocery delivery service operates at the highest standards.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, from fulfillment to delivery across multiple locations.
• Continuously enhance operational efficiency, focusing on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Foster a motivated team environment, responsible for hiring and training new store leaders.
• Provide daily leadership to store teams to optimize operations and achieve excellence.
• Create and manage shift schedules, quality improvement initiatives, and other operational changes to help meet business goals.
• Analyze demand forecasts to determine productivity needs aligned with overall objectives.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and team members to develop effective store operations, including workforce management and compliance.

• Proven experience in operations management within retail, distribution, or platform-based environments.
• Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel highly preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a retail or similar setting.
• Fluent in both English and Greek.
• Quick-thinking and detail-oriented with a strong operational focus.
• A proactive and practical mindset, adaptable to change.

• Experience in grocery or e-commerce sectors.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational management software.
