Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in automotive manufacturing environments.

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior leadership of large-scale capital projects, footprint optimization, or capacity expansion initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the full manufacturing and supply chain footprint, with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This role provides both strategic and hands‑on leadership across manufacturing, materials, planning, logistics, and continuous improvement for fiberglass‑based acoustic and thermal insulation products serving the automotive market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the overall operations strategy across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
• Own enterprise‑wide operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean principles, continuous improvement, and standardized best practices.
• Oversee supply chain, materials, planning, inventory, and logistics to support JIT/JIS automotive requirements.
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches, capacity expansions, and capital investment initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing operations leadership team while serving as a senior interface with key customers and executives.
