Job Summary - The Fleet Security Supervisor (FFD/Fatigue) specializes in the oversight of the implementation of the 10
CFR
26 requirements for Fitness for Duty and Fatigue Rule at the sites and provides the associated training to the site as applicable.
This position is the primary point of contact for the HHS-Certified Laboratories and Medical Review Officers for the fleet. This position is the Fleet Program Owner of the Blind Performance Specimen Program and oversees the contracted FFD Collector Protection and annual reporting.
This position can be located at any of our nuclear sites.
Key Accountabilities- Performs the role of Fitness for Duty and Fatigue Rule Owner for the Vistra Fleet.
- Oversees, tests, and approves any software changes to eSOMS and Emp Center as it relates to Fatigue Rule modules.
- Develops and maintains accurate the Fleet Fitness for Duty and Fatigue Rule procedure and associated training materials.
- Coordinates with Site Access Authorization departments on Fatigue Assessments and Waiver requests.
- Develops, maintains, and delivers Fatigue Rule training
- Generates, tracks, and closes CAP and Service Now actions on eSOMS and Emp Center troubleshooting tickets.
- Attends and represents Vistra at FFD and Fatigue workshops, conferences, and NEI Task Force.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 10+ years with implementing USNRC Regulatory Compliance matrices
- 10+ years Experience in Fatigue Program Management
- Able to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits professional work ethics
- Effectively manage multiple time sensitive priorities
- Must hold or be able to obtain unescorted access
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Drug & Alcohol Collector qualification
