Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr DOE

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
• Incorporate engineering change to new and existing products at board level
• Record activity into a database
• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications

• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident – Green Card Holder)
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of soldering experience preferred
• 2+ years of related defense manufacturing experience preferred
• IPC-610 certification preferred
• Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification
• Basic mechanical skills
• Basic computer skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to interface effectively with internal customers and work closely with all levels of the organization
