We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Bowling Green, Kentucky location as a Junior Manufacturing Engineer.

The ideal candidate would have experience in working in an ever‑changing, fast‑moving, and evolving environment. Candidates who have worked within a manufacturing/distribution environment are highly preferred.

The successful candidate will support manufacturing processes, assist in process improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient production operations. A strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, CAD software, and manufacturing techniques is essential to excel in this position. This role is perfect for someone who feels equally at home behind a CAD station designing solutions and on the factory floor leading projects and driving operations improvements.

This position will report to the General Manager (or designate).

• Design and develop equipment and processes using 3D CAD software.
• Lead and support manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.
• Drive operational improvements and efficiency initiatives on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems
• Apply hands‑on skills, including welding, to prototype and refine solutions.
• Assist in project scheduling and coordination of manufacturing activities to meet production deadlines.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support the design and modification of tooling, fixtures, and assembly line equipment using AutoCAD.
• Develop schematics and technical drawings for industrial equipment and fabrication projects.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying waste reduction opportunities and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Assist with process engineering tasks related to automotive industry, tooling, and assembly line optimization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with industrial engineers on process improvements, factory layout planning, and system integration involving robotics and automation.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD design (Solid Works or similar)
