** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate, monitor, and adjust crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
* Support material handling activities, including loading, stockpiling, and clean‐up.
* Identify and communicate equipment or safety issues promptly.
* Follow all safety procedures to maintain a compliant and hazard‐free worksite.##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
* Strong attention to detail with the capability to monitor equipment performance.
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor, and fast‐paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following established procedures.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
