We are looking for experienced Tool Builders to join our team. If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy building and troubleshooting custom machinery, this is a high-paying opportunity you don’t want to miss.

• Build, assemble, and debug custom tools and machinery
• Work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Fabricate and modify machine components
• Use machining equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill press
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and make adjustments
• Collaborate with engineering and electrical teams
• Support installation and startup as needed

• Tool building, machining, or strong mechanical experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Toolmaker experience is a plus; willing to train the right person

• Hands‑on manufacturing environment
• Physical work including lifting, standing, and bending
