Overnight Shift: 8:00pm to 6:30am

Manufacturing – Paint, Coatings, Chemicals

• Hourly rate: $24.25 + $1.50 Shift Differential
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 (paid $750 after 90 days, $750 at 6 months)

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Test (no exceptions)

• Maintain highest level of safety and quality.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Use manual and mechanical devices such as chain hoists, drum carts, and pallet jacks to move, stage or lift material.
• Accurately weigh and safely add materials per process orders.
• Set up and operate equipment for mixing and blending paint‑related materials.
• Help maintain accurate inventory levels and organization.
• Collect samples from batches for laboratory testing.
• Stand, walk, reach, stoop, lift up to 55 pounds by hand, and use mechanical assistance for heavier loads during a 10‑hour shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Capability to learn quickly and work in a self‑directed team environment (Required)
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and accuracy during a 10‑hour shift (Required)
• Prior manufacturing experience (Preferred)
• Experience operating forklift truck (Preferred)

• Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 ($750 after 90 days, $750 at 6 months)
