• Full‑time position
• 1st Shift Monday–Friday
• Can reach up to $18/hr in first year of employment, plus bonuses
• Opportunities for training and advancement

• Safely operate specialized equipment used to wash BK Filters.
• Load and unload filters while maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Inspect filters before and after washing to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or operational concerns.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production processes.
• Complete production records and required documentation.
• Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Fast‑paced manufacturing facility.
• Standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Supportive, team‑oriented workplace focused on safety and quality.
