Synergy Flavors in Hamilton, Ohio, is seeking a production compo under to join our onsite operations. The role focuses on weighing ingredients, handling drums safely, and setting up equipment to produce compliant batches.
You will monitor mixing processes, test samples, and ensure clean, safe production following CIP guidelines and proper documentation. Monday–Friday, 7a–3:30p, onsite with room for shift work as needed. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with standard benefits.
