This position is location in the Cincinnatti Metro area - relocation assistance is available
Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, 24/7 food manufacturing facility, specific experience desired includes ingredients in food and beverage.
This role will oversee all operations of the plant, including safety, the supply chain, production and maintenance with responsibility for P&L.
Specifically, we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience managing a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Proven success with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, P&L management, and capital projects.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or SAGE preferred).
This position offers $175-195K salary with a full bonus package, relocation assistance is available.
