Silgan Containers is seeking an experienced mold setup supervisor to lead the set‑up department in a blow molding environment. You will promote safe work practices, coordinate with PDE for new tooling, and manage the setup team to ensure timely, accurate changes and production readiness.
The role requires 3–5 years in a blow molding facility, strong English communication, and a proven safety and attendance record. Travel and after-hours work may be required as needed.
