Manufacturing/Production Associate

Bowling Green, Ohio

• Manufacture automotive sealing systems on extrusion lines according to customer specifications.
• Perform secondary operations—including injection molding, wafer/weno splicing, notching, bending, and other finishing processes—on extruded lengths.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production schedule requirements.

• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Pass a drug screen and background check before starting work.
• Must be willing to work any of the three 8‑hour shifts on a 3‑shift operation.
• Prior manufacturing experience desired but not required.

Wage starts at $18.00/hr and can increase to $20.50/hr after 6 months, wages may rise to $20.00/hr–$23.50/hr shift differential is paid for back‑shift work.
