Our client, a well-established global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a third-shift maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement within a highly automated manufacturing operation.

Schedule3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You'll Do- Lead and support the maintenance team during assigned shift.
- Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure equipment upgrades, manufacturer recommendations, and system improvements are implemented.
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors performing maintenance work.
- Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping for the maintenance team.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and machine control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience managing maintenance operations in a high-volume production facility.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
