Our client, a well-established global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a third-shift maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement within a highly automated manufacturing operation.

Schedule

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the maintenance team during assigned shift.
  • Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Ensure equipment upgrades, manufacturer recommendations, and system improvements are implemented.
  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
  • Coordinate and oversee outside contractors performing maintenance work.
  • Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians.
  • Coordinate staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping for the maintenance team.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and machine control systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing maintenance operations in a high-volume production facility.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
