Press Operator

Job Description

Are you looking to gain experience with a great company? Mancan is working with a company in Fredericksburg who is looking for Press Operators on 2nd shift. No experience needed, they are willing to train! All positions are temp-to-hire.

• -working with rubber or plastic
• -lifting up to 35lbs
• -could be running 1 press or multiple presses depending on the area
• -other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.

2nd shift: 4pm-12am

Candidates must be able to pass drug test and background check

Pay will be $17/HR with $1 shift premium.

• -$17.00 starting wage
• -$17.25 Target 6 weeks
• -$17.50 Target 3 months
• -$17.75 Target 6 months
• -$18.00 Target at one year
• -$1.00 per hours shift premium for second and third shifts
• -Opportunity to earn up to $19.00 base rate with $1 per hour shift premium

• -Vacation plan 3 days after 6 months, 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, plus 2 option days

• -Medical and dental available after 90 days. Employee cost is $26.00 per week for single, $77.60 per week for employee +1, $107.20 for family. Dental is $2.95 single & $7.39 family.
