Position: Slitter/Rewinder Inspector Operator

Location: Sebring, OH

Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Get Paid for 40 Hours While Working 36 Hours!

Train on Days Monday-Thursday 6a-4p $19 an hr. Then once moved to the weekend shift $20 an hr!!

• Ensure safe and proper daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Set up equipment according to job specifications.
• Perform quality inspections before and during production runs.
• Identify and isolate products that do not meet quality standards.
• Provide required customer quality samples.
• Accurately maintain production records and information systems.
• Label products according to customer and company specifications.
• Promote positive communication and teamwork throughout the facility.
• Complete all duties assigned by the Supervisor and Plant Manager.

• Strong desire to learn and excel in the position.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate concerns and issues effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and technical procedures.
• Lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.

• Work only 3 days per week
