Kubota Manufacturing of America in Jefferson, GA is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Welding Team Members. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality products while working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment. • Safely assemble and weld components in accordance with established work instructions and standard cycle times
• Operate welding and assembly equipment effectively and in compliance with safety standards
• Verify part numbers and ensure all components are correctly assembled before proceeding
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain standardized processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintain organization and cleanliness through 5S practices, including proper tool and jig management
• Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and all company policies
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
• Hands-on experience with MIG welding

• Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, or assembly environments
• Knowledge of MIG welding processes and equipment

This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require working in varying temperatures.

• Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Frequent use of hands for tools and equipment operation

• Adequate vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus)
• Ability to communicate effectively
