Job Title: General Laborer/Welder

Location: Dalton, OH

Position Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $19/hour

We are seeking an All-Purpose General Laborer/Welder to join our team in Dalton. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties to support production and ensure smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate is flexible, skilled, and eager to cross-train in multiple areas.

• Perform assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
• Utilize welding skills to assist in fabrication and repair processes.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow detailed instructions and work orders to complete assigned tasks.
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

• Prior welding experience is required.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
