CNC Machine Operator

Location:

New Bremen, OHPay: $20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:40 PMWe are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in precision machining while working in a clean, team-focused  this role, you'll operate CNC milling machines that manufacture high-quality aluminum components while ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis mills

Load and unload aluminum parts safely and efficiently

Perform deburring and finishing of machined components

Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process

Measure parts using precision measuring tools to ensure specifications are metRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate production or quality concerns with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Experience operating CNC equipment is a plus Experience using micrometers and other precision measuring tools is preferred but not required-training will be provided

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
