Why Work Here?

Join a leading manufacturer of custom-built ambulances that supports cities and counties across the United States. You will contribute to meaningful, highly specialized products that play a critical role in emergency response. The organization offers a clean, well-organized facility with defined processes, clear expectations, and opportunities to hone advanced welding and fabrication skills while working on unique, custom projects.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean, well-organized, and structured around production cells dedicated to different assemblies of the ambulance. The weld and fabrication shop is located at the back of the plant, where all jobs begin. Work is highly deadline-oriented, with each cell receiving a list of tasks that must be completed within a three-hour production cycle to keep the line moving.

The main manufacturing area is not climate controlled, so temperatures can become very warm during the summer. Team members regularly use welding equipment, hand tools, and air-powered tools in a busy, collaborative shop setting.
