Job Description Production Technician (Paint)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime available based on production needs.

• Prepare and paint vehicles, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish.
• Sand surfaces, remove parts, and mask areas to protect them during the painting process.
• Mix paints according to vehicle color codes to match existing finishes.
• Apply primers, lacquers, enamels, and epoxy coatings using spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other painting equipment.
• Measure paint thickness and inspect for consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of factory-related painting experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
