Production Associate to help us manufacture and package top-tier taxidermy supplies.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery and tools used in the production of taxidermy forms and supplies
• Assemble, finish, and inspect products with a strong attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized work spaces and follow all safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Trustworthy, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using machinery, hand tools, or learning new equipment (training provided)
• Able to stand, move, and lift 75+ lbs throughout a 10-hour shift
• Willingness to train in all production and shipping areas
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the taxidermy supply industry

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift:Monday-Thursday (Friday may be required overtime when business demands)
• Hours:5:30am – 4:00pm with two 10 minute paid breaks, and 30 minute unpaid lunch

Please note:

This role does include a 60 day probationary period to determine if candidates are the right fit for the job. Benefits, Paid Leave, and Holiday pay will be available after the probationary period ends.

You must be able to work to quotawithin the first two weeks of employment.

This is a fast-paced environment and we need to ensure that we are producing the required number of mannikins for our customers
