Are you looking for a stable role in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment? A premier commercial bakery facility in Bowling Green is seeking reliable Production Line Workers to join their team. This position plays a key role in preparing, assembling, and packaging high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

• Production Line Assembly:
  Assist on the fast-paced assembly line preparing baked goods, applying toppings, and organizing products for baking and finishing.
• Packaging & Labeling:
  Inspect finished products, pack items into boxes/containers, and apply accurate product and shipping labels.
• Quality Assurance:
  Perform routine visual quality checks to ensure all items meet weight, appearance, and consistency specifications.
• Equipment & Process Monitoring:
  Operate and monitor basic bakery production machinery safely and efficiently, reporting any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Sanitation & Food Safety:
  Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

  Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety standards.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, assembly lines, or commercial baking operations.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard food safety standards (HACCP/SQF).
• Prior experience operating packaging machinery or high-volume food processing equipment.

• No Degree Required

• 1-4 years

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail regarding food safety, cleanliness, and quality control.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30?50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
• Willingness to follow strict personal hygiene and food safety standards (GMPs).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
