Extrusion Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Extrusion Team Member to join our manufacturing team in Bowling Green, KY. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the extrusion process, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining safety standards.

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce plastic products according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Document production data and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in extrusion or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

This position involves working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
