Starting Pay: $16.00/hr (plus $0.50 shift differential

- Skills-Based Pay:
Earn as you learn an extra $0.50/hr per level (up to 4 levels). - Annual Raises of up to $1.00/hr every year!

- Operate CNC machines to cut and shape parts
- Perform assembly work to meet specifications
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Inspect and adjust parts for quality
- CNC experience or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Basic documentation/computer skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
