Job Description – Maintenance Technician (Louisville, KY | 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM)
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its day shift team (7 AM – 3:30 PM) in Louisville, KY
.
This role offers $28-$32 per hour (flexible based on experience) and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work with roll forming or metal/steel manufacturing machinery to maintain production flow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and facility leadership to improve system reliability.
Qualifications:
- Experience in roll forming or metal/steel manufacturing is required.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols
