Cavaghan & Gray, a member of the 2 Sisters Food Group, is seeking an experienced production supervisor/manager to join the Carlisle-based operation. You will oversee day-to-day line activity, drive performance, and ensure manufacturing costs are controlled in line with standards.
This role requires hands-on leadership on the production floor, with strong collaboration across H&S, technical, hygiene, engineering and HR/L&D to keep operations safe, efficient and waste-free.
