Position: Marketing & Talent Executive (Onsite)

Marketing & Talent Executive (Onsite) - SG and SGPR only

We are looking for a Marketing & Talent Executive to support the Director and group operations in marketing, recruitment, and administrative coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and passionate about creating impact through marketing, events, and people engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, lead‑generation activities, and partnerships with external vendors.
  • Plan and execute events such as Lunch & Learn sessions, client appreciation gatherings, recruitment chill‑outs, and team retreats.
  • Design marketing materials and EDMs using Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Manage online event registrations and assist with boosting ads to attract sign‑ups.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu), ensuring posts are compliant with firm guidelines.
  • Support the creation of advisors’ marketing profiles and social media content.
Recruitment Support
  • Run ads and explore channels to attract potential financial advisors.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist new candidates through the regulatory exam and licensing process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to the Director.
Administrative Support
  • Manage the Director’s personal and group accounts, including sales tracking and event budgets.
  • Compile reports and follow up with team members on sales and activity updates.
  • Prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and support daily operational needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, events, or recruitment coordination.
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and major social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with 100% onsite work.
