Facility: Tri Star Greenview Regional Hospital Unit: Ortho & Med‑Surg (3 West) Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3×12 (19:00–07:00) Experience Required: 2+ years

• Ortho Beds: 30
• Med‑Surg Beds: 37
• Typical Ratios: 1:6
• EMR: Meditech
• Float Requirement: Inpatient units; task‑based floating to CCU and ED
• Tech Support:
  • PCTs and SNEs
  • Unit Secretary on day shift

• AHA BLS
• Active Kentucky RN license
• Ability to manage a full patient load
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard

• AHA ACLS

• General Med‑Surg
• Orthopedic post‑operative patients
• Telemetry monitoring
• Occasional bedside procedures performed by physicians

• Schedules created in 4‑week blocks
• Full‑time staff must work 4 weekend shifts per schedule
  • Example: 3 Saturdays + 1 Sunday
• Travelers follow the same weekend rotation
• RTO must be submitted with profile

• Scrub top and bottoms
• No fleece, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweaters
• Long‑sleeve shirt under scrub top permitted
• No shoes with holes
• No denim or camo
