• Work Setting: On-site Progressive Care Unit (PCU / step-down unit)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky or a valid compact state RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU), step-down, or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS or other certifications a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered night shift environment

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to intermediate-acuity patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition, including telemetry monitoring when applicable
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
