• Lead the Cardiovascular Services program as the CV RN Director, shaping a comprehensive heart and vascular service line that spans coordinated inpatient and outpatient care, procedural areas, and advanced perioperative suites—supported by modern operating room technology within a 150+ bed hospital—to deliver high-acuity experiences, optimized workflows, and clinician-friendly tools that elevate patient care and team performance.
• Report to a senior nursing executive and oversee clinical operations, growth strategy, budgeting, staffing, quality metrics, accreditation readiness, and patient experience across cath lab, CV-OR interfaces, step-down/ICU touchpoints, and ambulatory access.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers and work with a diverse multidisciplinary team committed to continuous improvement.
