Capacity Management RN – ADT & Patient Throughput

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Capacity Management Specialist to support nursing operations and enhance patient throughput. Responsibilities include managing patient transfers, facilitating communications between referring hospitals, and maintaining accurate documentation of transfer processes.

The ideal candidate must have a BSN, be a licensed registered nurse in Ohio, and possess a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience. This role will require occasional in-person reporting to the main campus in Columbus, OH, during unexpected operational downtimes.
