** Requirements:**
* ** Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Ohio**
* ** Minimum 3+ years of RN experience**, with a focus on nursing leadership or management
* ** Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field**, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and environments
