Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience- 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.
- 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.
- 12 months of travel experience is required.
- 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.
- Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - HCA - Tristar Division.
Additional details:
Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Required Skills/
Experience:
All RNs and Techs must have minimum 2 years of similar Cath Lab procedures and 1 year Cath Lab travel experience.
Unit Details:
Patient ratio: 4 person team/1 patient. Uses GE, IVUS, and Volcano equipment. Documentation includes Merge-Cath Lab Application. Diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures include Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, TEEs, Cardioversion, Pacer Implants, Defibrillator Implants, TILT, and Stress Tests. New state-of-the-art Cath Lab – March 2023. Brand new EP equipment.
Shift & Scheduling:
On-call 1 weekend/month and 1-2 days per week.
Floating Requirements:
Floating policy:
Cath Lab, OP Stress Test.
10 days maximum time off.
1 reference required from within the last 12 months.
Driver’s license required.
Certifications- BLS (Basic Life Support)
