Care Med in Kentucky is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to lead wound care and primary services for residents in long-term care facilities. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate wound care plans, prescribe medications, and communicate with nursing home staff.
Collaborate with the primary care physician and interdisciplinary team while managing treatments, ordering tests, and ensuring alignment with care plans. OH license, board certification, and optional DEA are preferred.
