Health Trust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty:
Med Surg - Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights

Ortho has 30 beds, Med Surg has 37 - Patient Ratios :
Usually 6:1 - Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :
We utilize PCTs and SNE's in our tech role, and we have a US during the day shift hours. - Type of equipment :

Meditech - Scheduling requirements:
Schedules are in a month increment (4 weeks), full time must work 4 weekend shifts (ex: 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday, etc.). - Floating policy:
We float to inpatient units to take patients, float with tasks in CCU and ED - Patient Experience requirements:
All levels welcome to apply
- Certifications:
BLS
Positive attitude, be willing to work hard, manage a patient load, utilize team work strategies and utmost provide patient centered patient care.
Advanced skills needed:Procedures performed on unit:
Some MD's will do bedside procedures, not as common as in CCU/ED
CertificationsRequired:
BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform)
- Scrub top, scrub bottoms, no fleece, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweaters. Long sleeve shirt under scrub top or scrub jacket is permitted. No shoes with holes. No denim, no camo.
