Lawn Care Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Lawn Care Technician to provide high‑quality, customer‑focused lawn care services. As a brand ambassador, you will treat lawns with top‑quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer new services to customers and prospects while on the field.

• Aerate, seed, and maintain lawns.
• Perform shop work and equipment maintenance.
• Offer additional services (pH balance, tick & mosquito control, etc.) to customers and prospects.
• Represent Lawn Doctor in a professional, customer‑focused manner.

• Strong work ethic and passion for outdoor work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate machinery and meet production goals.
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable.

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour, plus competitive commission and benefits.
