Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Quality Specialist located in Bowling Green, KY. The Senior Quality Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and conducting audits. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing production processes, resolving quality issues, creating reports, and collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvement. The role also requires the development and implementation of quality management systems to maintain industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits, evaluating production processes, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, quality reporting, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using tools and software relevant to quality management systems and process control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; certifications in quality management are a plus.
  • Experience in film manufacturing or a related industry is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
