We're Hiring | QA/QC Supervisor (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) – Solar Project | Kentucky
EOSOL is looking for an experienced QA/QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) Supervisor to join a photovoltaic project in Kentucky, USA
.
We are seeking a professional to support and oversee quality activities on site, ensuring that construction processes, materials, and installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise QA/QC activities throughout project execution
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct inspections and verify the quality of materials, installations, and workmanship
- Identify non-conformities and oversee corrective and preventive actions
- Review and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and quality records
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met
- Support audits and quality assessments during project execution
- Ensure implementation of project quality procedures and standards
- Previous experience as a QA/QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) Supervisor in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
- Experience in solar/photovoltaic projects is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and QA/QC procedures
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Local candidates or professionals with a TN Visa are welcome to apply
- Gross annual salary: USD 82,000/year
