Pan-Oston is a leading provider of metal and wood fixtures that serves the largest retail members. The company is a Houchens Industries employee‑owned business. This role seeks a motivated, highly skilled team player to perform quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

• Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process.
• Record test data and results, applying established quality control procedures.
• Evaluate data and write reports to validate or identify deviations from existing standards.
• Prepare graphs or charts of data or enter data into computer for analysis.
• Use gauges and other devices to verify conformity to product standards.
• Collect, review, and maintain files of all documentation related to production and quality control.
• Perform incoming product inspections and 5‑S inspections.
• Conduct process audits and provide process training.
• Manage Return Materials Authorization process.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1‑2 years experience with overall Quality Systems and practical application.
• Print reading and interpretation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Highly motivated and self‑starter.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving skills.

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, and perform basic hand functions.

High school diploma required; technical college preferred.

Frequent standing, hand use for touching or handling objects, and occasional bending, walking, and reaching with hands and arms; close vision required.
