Select Medical - - Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner;
Operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner;
Complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality of work;
Maintain compliance to regulatory requirements for safe food handling, by following sanitation, infection control, risk management guidelines and HACCP plan;
Assist patients in completing menu selections, offering alternative menu in accordance with food allergies, food sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences
