• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensure quality and date‑control standards, secure merchandise, eliminate waste, and maintain proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and the Open Door Policy; apply ethical standards.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to complete work assignments, set priorities, and communicate progress.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
