Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
  • Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner.
  • Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over‑stock products.
What You’ll Do
  • Be a team member: maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Be an expert: understand the processes and specifications related to quality of produce; prepare products (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards; maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines; and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Be a techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
  • Be an owner: drive the performance of the area; manage inventory using perpetual techniques; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and attend to customer needs.
  • Be a talent ambassador: advocate for the department and club; model high quality service and products; execute basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.…
