Lead store team and provide direction to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction; act as Store Manager in their absence.;
Assist Store Manager with store operations including driving sales, planning, prioritizing, and delegating daily tasks.;
Manage Team Members: counseling, hiring/staffing decisions, scheduling, training, and development; maintain productive work environment.;
Drive sales and profit through merchandising initiatives, expense control, loss prevention, and protecting company assets; oversee cash handling and POS operations.;
Ensure safety and well-being of live animals; sanitize and maintain holding tanks; perform opening/closing procedures; coordinate freight and deposits.
