Alumni Hall is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bowling Green, KY. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the store manager in daily operations, overseeing staff performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized, engaging shopping environment. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising, achieving sales targets, and providing training to staff.
The role also involves fostering a positive work culture aligned with Alumni Hall’s mission of school pride and exceptional customer experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategy execution
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and store management practices
- Problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic retail environments
- Prior retail or management experience preferred
- Passion for collegiate merchandise and school spirit is a plus
