About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information, support customers, promote and sell products, and actively contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
• Engaging customers in conversations and sharing fashion trends, stories & products.
• Promoting and selling H&M products and the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member).
• Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Supporting commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Share product and fashion knowledge with customers.
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in the store.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and courses for role and future development.
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking to garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
