Responsible for selecting “the best of the best” products for online shoppers and accurately selecting groceries ordered online by our customers.

Night & Weekend Shifts Required.

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner; learn customers’ names where possible.
• Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out‑of‑reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, and passing on customer suggestions or requests.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries promptly and provide helpful service.
• Accurately select groceries ordered online; choose highest quality produce, meat, and other fresh products.
• Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
• Tender customer orders through POS and charge credit cards.
• Place orders in storage at proper temperature, retrieve prior to customer arrival, maintain correct temperature, and place in holding area for pick‑up.
• Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
• Continuously monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on‑time fulfillment.
• Perform other job‑related duties and special projects as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to substitute products for customers upon request or unavailability.

• Visual: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
• Mechanical: lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequent standing, walking, lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Repetitive motions, stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.

• Primarily in a retail store setting.
• Exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes, moving equipment, possible electrical shock.
• Fast‑paced, constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
