* Job Summary:

** The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs.
*
* Job Responsibilities:

** Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to:
* Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns
* Obtain price quotes and check availability
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
* Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
* File and other miscellaneous office duties
* Other duties as assigned by management## Qualifications
*
* Job Qualifications:

*** Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
* Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
* Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 40lbs.
* Maintain excellent customer service
* Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
