Houchens Food Group is seeking a Grocery Operations Total Loss Specialist to support the Director of Total Loss by reducing inventory shrinkage and improving profitability. You will analyze inventory, perform SKU rationalization, and coordinate markdowns as part of Total Loss initiatives.
You will train and coach store teams, collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional partners, and monitor corrective actions to ensure consistent application across locations.
